How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Clothi app:

Your account will be processed for deletion immediately. This action cannot be undone.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Include the email address associated with your Clothi account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

The following personal information is permanently deleted or anonymized when you delete your account:

Email address — anonymized
Username — anonymized
Display name — deleted
Profile photo — permanently deleted
Bio — deleted
Phone number — deleted
Payment information — managed by Google Play (Android) and Apple (iOS); no payment data is stored by Clothi
Push notification tokens — deleted

To improve our Ai models and service quality, the following data is retained in anonymized form with no link to your identity:

Clothing and outfit photos — used to train clothing classification models
Evaluation scores and feedback — used to improve Ai recommendations
Style preferences — age range, body type, and style data for trend analysis (anonymized)
Generated outfit combinations — used to improve outfit suggestions

Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Clothi again.
Active subscriptions. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges. You can cancel your subscription in the app under Settings → Subscription.
Processing time. Account deletion via the app is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
